I read this novel in one sitting, first read the prologue (by a KGB op) then read the book straight through.I am in my 60s, a self-made millionaire, stocks and commodities, highly educated blah blah. I was in my first term of college when the JFK assassination happened, it was our generation's instant indoctrination into the total corruption of the American system, and an object lesson in who actually held the power. Anyone who watched Oswald shot on live TV in the dallas jail hallway knew instantly it was all a con and a set up. And that the entire sequence of events had been masterminded and implemented.
I found this one of the most terrifying books I've ever read, it makes stephen king look like a comic book, like a cartoon.
This book absolutely nails the whole thing, the kennedy boys, the loss of havana and the rise of Paradise Island in the newly-independent bahamas, the tie in with Norma Jean, and the follow-through closure of the snuffing of bobby kennedy by the same forces. there is no question this book will be made into a film, one on the order of Gorky Park.

Good narrative for a preposterous conspiracy theory. Also, tries to weave in real history around JFK assassination but gets dates and sequences wrong.

THE LOST TESTIMONY OF "BONES" LeBEAUX is a chronology of well-known facts presented within the structure of a novel.
The reader is brought to Dallas, Texas in May of 1968, and into the room as office workers Ted and Melanie discover a tape recording in an old desk.
As the couple listens to the recorded testimony, the reader is taken a layer deeper -- to the summer of 1963. The reader travels with High School Valedictorian Bones LeBeaux as she takes her first job at a supper club outside of New Orleans, and as she escapes danger there for her next job at a nightclub in Dallas, Texas.
The reader is alongside Bones as she observes first-hand some of the active figures before, during and after the assassination of U.S. President John F. Kennedy in Dallas on 22 November 1963. As the tape ends the reader is returned to Dallas of 1968, as stunned by Bones' testimony as Ted and Melanie are.
The reader remains with Ted and Melanie as the awful foreboding they have becomes real In Los Angeles on 5 June 1968, the assassination of U.S. Senator Robert F. Kennedy.

While this book starts out OK for the first two chapters, the story then veers into the realm of the unbelieveable. The editing is lacking, and the result is just a amateurish effort at best. The plot just rehashs the same silly conspiracy plots in a most unattractive way.
Amazing...Amazing...Amazing.....I could not put it down.....A page turner for sure. The Best Book that I have read in a very long time. Noah Bond...You definitely have the gift....Thank You and when is your next book coming because I will be the first in line !!!
IN NEARLY 50 YEARS, I HAVE NEVER HEARD IT SAID THAT THE MOTIVE FOR THE JFK ASSASSINATION WAS THE SAME AS THE MURDER OF HIS BROTHER, BOBBY. NOW I'M CONVINCED THAT THIS IS THE CASE. HOWEVER, THAT IS NOT THE MOST AMAZING REVELATION...BUT, YOU WILL HAVE TO READ THIS YOURSELF. A PAGE-TURNER THAT EXPLAINS THE ASSASSINATION WITHOUT THE USUAL ONSLAUGHT OF REPORTS AND THEORIES.
